Abstract

The effect of amizil on the activity of digestive enzymes involved in the initial and final stages of protein hydrolysis was studied on intact and stress exposed rats. The experiments showed that amizil administration produced varying changes in the activity of proteases and dipeptidase. At the same time a preliminary administration of the drug was found to prevent the changes in the enzyme activity observed during stress situations.
