Abstract

Electrophoretic karyotypes of yeasts belonging to the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Kluyveromyces marxianus and Candida macedoniensis were established by means of OFAGE. Hybrids between S. cerevisiae and K. marxianus as well as between K. marxianus and C. macedoniensis were analyzed by comparing their OFAGE-banding-pattern with the parental banding-patterns. Thus, evidence for exchanges of intact chromosomes and for chromosomal rearrangements could be gained on a molecular level.

利用正交场交变凝胶电泳(OFAGE)建立了酿酒酵母、马克斯克鲁维酵母和马其顿假丝酵母的电泳核型。通过比较酿酒酵母与马克斯克鲁维酵母之间以及马克斯克鲁维酵母与马其顿假丝酵母之间杂种的OFAGE条带模式与亲本的条带模式,对其进行了分析。因此,在分子水平上可以获得完整染色体交换和染色体重排的证据。
