Experiments were performed on rabbits 30 min, 6 hours, 1, 3, 7, 15 and 30 days after intravenous injection of thiophosphamide in a dose of 6 mg/kg body weight. The drug produced considerable changes in the activity of blood serum ceruloplasmin and blood copper content. The pattern of the changes in the enzyme activity and copper content depends on the time elapsed after the drug injection.
