We investigated alterations in the expression of immune-related genes in epithelial cells and mast cells treated with outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) derived from e (KpOMVs). Previous studies have shown that OMVs contain substances that enable their delivery to host cells and induce an immune response. Our results indicate an increase in expression of genes such as -, -, -, , and - in epithelial cells and mast cells treated with KpOMVs. The pathogenicity of KpOMVs was confirmed by measuring the changes in the expression of these immune-related genes.
我们研究了用肺炎克雷伯菌外膜囊泡(KpOMVs)处理的上皮细胞和肥大细胞中免疫相关基因表达的变化。先前的研究表明,外膜囊泡含有能够使其递送至宿主细胞并诱导免疫反应的物质。我们的结果表明,在用KpOMVs处理的上皮细胞和肥大细胞中,诸如-、-、-、、和-等基因的表达增加。通过测量这些免疫相关基因表达的变化证实了KpOMVs的致病性。
