Strophasterols E (1) and F (2) were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Pleurotus eryngii, together with four new ergostane-type sterols (3-6). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis performed on the tris-p-bromobenzoate derivatives of compounds 1 and 2 allowed these two compounds to be identified as the structurally rare (22S,23R)- and (22S,23S)-5α,6α-epoxy-3β,7β,23-trihydroxy-15(14 → 22)-abeo-ergost-8-en-14-one, respectively. The inhibitory effects on nitric oxide production of the six new steroids thus isolated from the fruiting bodies of P. eryngii were also evaluated.
从杏鲍菇的子实体中分离得到了两种甾醇化合物,分别为麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β,6α-二醇(1)和麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β,6β,23-三醇(2),此外还分离得到了四种新的麦角甾烷型甾体(3-6)。通过对化合物 1 和 2 的三对溴苯甲酸酯衍生物进行单晶 X 射线衍射分析,确定了这两种化合物的结构为罕见的(22S,23R)-和(22S,23S)-5α,6α-环氧-3β,7β,23-三羟基-15(14 → 22)-abeo-麦角甾-8-烯-14-酮。同时还评价了从杏鲍菇子实体中分离得到的这六种新甾体对一氧化氮生成的抑制作用。
