Abstract

Three new sesquiterpene quinones/hydroquinones, 20-demethoxy-20-isopentylaminodactyloquinone D (), 20-demethoxy-20-isobutylaminodactyloquinone D (), and 19-methoxy-dictyoceratin-A (), and five known related compounds (-) were isolated from the marine sponge . Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, ECD calculation, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and comparison with the literature. Compounds and - exhibited activities against the human cancer cell lines DU145, SW1990, Huh7, and PANC-1 with IC values ranging from 2.33 to 37.85 μM.

从海洋海绵中分离得到三种新的倍半萜醌/对苯二酚，20-去甲氧基-20-异戊基氨二羟甲蒽醌 D()、20-去甲氧基-20-异丁基氨二羟甲蒽醌 D()和 19-甲氧基-二角沙蚕素-A()，以及五种已知的相关化合物(-)。通过光谱分析、ECD 计算、单晶 X 射线衍射和与文献比较，确定了它们的结构。化合物()和()对人癌细胞系 DU145、SW1990、Huh7 和 PANC-1 具有活性，IC 值范围为 2.33 至 37.85 μM。
