A new steroid, (3S,5R,9R,10S,13R,17R,20R,24S,22E)-ergosta-6,8,22-triene-3,25-diol (1), and its sulfonated analogue (2) together with a known one, 5α,8α-epidioxy-cholest-6-en-3β-ol (3) were isolated from the marine sponge Dactylospongia elegans collected from the South China Sea. The new structures including absolute configurations were established by the HRESIMS and 1D and 2D NMR analysis coupled with the X-ray crystal analysis. Both of 1 and 2 exhibited cytotoxicity against cancer cell line MCF-7 with IC values of 9.7 and 8.5 μM, respectively.
从采自中国南海的优雅指海绵(Dactylospongia elegans)中分离得到一种新的甾体化合物,即(3S,5R,9R,10S,13R,17R,20R,24S,22E)-麦角甾-6,8,22-三烯-3,25-二醇(1)及其磺化类似物(2),以及一种已知化合物5α,8α-环氧胆甾-6-烯-3β-醇(3)。通过高分辨电喷雾电离质谱(HRESIMS)、一维和二维核磁共振(NMR)分析并结合X射线晶体分析确定了新化合物的结构,包括其绝对构型。化合物1和2对癌细胞系MCF-7均表现出细胞毒性,其半数抑制浓度(IC)值分别为9.7和8.5 μM。
