Eight new geranylated and farnesylated pyranoflavanones (-) and two new farnesylated pyranochalcones ( and ) were isolated from the methanolic extract of the fruits of . Their structures were elucidated by extensive analysis of the 1D and 2D NMR spectra and from the HRESIMS, combined with experimental ECD data. All compounds were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on the nitric oxide production against lipopolysaccharide-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages and exhibited IC values ranging from 10.6 to 41.5 μM.
