OBJECTIVE
We outline reflections on the problem of decreasing membership engagement in the RANZCP (the 'College') and propose approaches to enhance membership engagement.
CONCLUSION
We propose approaches to improve membership engagement based on the sociological concepts of social capital, addressing the pressures of psychiatric practice and the medico-political environment. We also propose harnessing the CPD program to enhance RANZCP volunteering.
