The selective synthesis of mono--methyl aromatic amines was achieved by the reaction of aromatic nitroso compounds with methylboronic acid promoted by triethylphosphite under transition metal-free conditions. The target compounds are constructed efficiently without overmethylation, under environmentally benign reaction conditions that do not require bases or reductants and therefore are of interest in pharmaceutical, agricultural, and chemical industries.
在无过渡金属条件下,通过亚磷酸三乙酯促进芳香族亚硝基化合物与甲基硼酸反应,实现了单甲基芳香胺的选择性合成。在无需碱或还原剂的环境友好反应条件下,高效构建目标化合物,且不会发生过度甲基化,因此在制药、农业和化学工业中具有重要意义。
