Abstract

Here, we report the whole-genome sequences of two bacterial strains, sp. 72 and NH166, isolated from the South China Sea and West Pacific Ocean, respectively. These two strains may represent a novel species of the genus , and the features of their genome sequences will enrich our understandings of strains in the genus .

在此,我们报告了分别从中国南海和西太平洋分离出的两株细菌菌株,即sp. 72和NH166的全基因组序列。这两株菌株可能代表了该属的一个新物种,其基因组序列特征将丰富我们对该属菌株的认识。
