We have titrated the serum progesterone and performed an endometrial biopsy on 69 infertile women, on the 21st day of the cycle. In 19 cases (27.5%), the serum progesterone levels were normal and the endometrium was at an advanced secretory stage. In 28 cases (40.5%), although the serum progesterone levels were normal, the endometrium was at an early secretory stage in 9 cases. In 29 cases (42%), the serum progesterone levels were under 8 ng/ml but for 20 of them, the endometrium was at an advanced secretory stage. In 12 cases (17.5%), there were anovulatory cycles.
我们在69名不孕女性月经周期的第21天测定了血清孕酮水平，并进行了子宫内膜活检。19例（27.5%）血清孕酮水平正常，子宫内膜处于晚期分泌期。28例（40.5%）血清孕酮水平正常，但其中9例子宫内膜处于早期分泌期。29例（42%）血清孕酮水平低于8 ng/ml，其中20例子宫内膜处于晚期分泌期。12例（17.5%）出现无排卵周期。
