Abstract
We report a recent (2018) gonorrhoeal urethritis caused by a multidrug-resistant strain in China. The isolated strain from a male and female pair expressed high-level resistance to spectinomycin (SPC), azithromycin, and other antibiotics but was sensitive to ceftriaxone. The SPC high-level resistance (MIC = 2048 mg/L) was due to a small deletion in that caused two amino acid changes in ribosomal protein S5.

我们报告了中国最近（2018 年）发生的一起由耐多药淋病奈瑟菌株引起的尿道炎。从一对男性和女性患者中分离出来的菌株对壮观霉素（SPC）、阿奇霉素和其他抗生素表现出高水平耐药性，但对头孢曲松敏感。SPC 高水平耐药性（MIC = 2048mg/L）是由于 中的小缺失导致核糖体蛋白 S5 中的两个氨基酸发生变化。
