Abstract

A smart drug delivery system based on porous CeO nano-rods (CeONRs) capped with galactose functionalized pillar[5]arene via host-guest interactions has been constructed, which showed GSH-responsiveness, synergism with anticancer drugs and cancer targeting ability resulting from its disulphide unit, ceria properties and galactose units, respectively.

基于通过主客体相互作用用半乳糖功能化柱[5]芳烃封端的多孔CeO纳米棒(CeONRs)构建了一种智能药物递送系统,该系统分别因其二硫键单元、二氧化铈性质和半乳糖单元而表现出谷胱甘肽响应性、与抗癌药物的协同作用和癌症靶向能力。
