Abstract

In female rats estrous cycle related variations were found in reversal learning in a Y-maze. Low intersession fluctuations of errors and a high number of well relearning rats were obtained on the day of diestrus I as compared with estrus. The improvement of avoidance behaviour by haloperidol (0.1 mg/kg) also was better in diestrus I. The estrous cycle dependent variations of the behavior and neuroleptic effect may be a result of periodicity of ovarial hormones secretion and their influences on the brain dopaminergic systems.

在雌性大鼠中,发现发情周期相关的变化存在于Y迷宫中的逆向学习过程中。与发情期相比,在间情期第一天获得了较低的错误组间波动以及较多的重新学习良好的大鼠。在间情期第一天,氟哌啶醇(0.1毫克/千克)对回避行为的改善也更好。行为和抗精神病药物作用的发情周期依赖性变化可能是卵巢激素分泌周期性及其对脑多巴胺能系统影响的结果。
