Cyclobutanones are synthetically versatile compounds that often require extensive effort to access. Herein, we report a facile synthesis of cyclobutanones based on the C(sp )-H insertion chemistry of oxidatively generated gold carbenes. Various cyclobutanones were obtained in synthetically useful yields from substrates with minimal structural prefunctionalization. This discovery reveals new synthetic utilities of gold-catalyzed oxidative transformations of alkynones.
环丁酮是一种具有广泛用途的合成化合物,通常需要大量的努力才能获得。在此,我们报告了一种基于氧化生成的金卡宾的 C(sp )-H 插入化学的简便环丁酮合成方法。通过对底物进行最小的结构预官能化,各种环丁酮以具有合成实用性的产率得到。这一发现揭示了金催化炔酮氧化转化的新的合成用途。
