First Case of Causing Primary Cutaneous Nocardiosis in an Immunocompetent Patient.

is the most common cause of cutaneous nocardiosis. is an emerging species responsible for invasive and disseminated disease in immunocompromised patients. We describe a case of a 67-year-old immunocompetent patient without significant past medical history diagnosed with primary cutaneous nocardiosis with as the causative organism. In our opinion, we report the first case of primary cutaneous nocardiosis in an immunocompetent patient with being the causative agent.
