ABSTACTWith the widespread use of NH, it brings potential risk to human health and environmental safety because of its diverse toxicological functions. In order to determine NH effectively in both environment and living systems, all kinds of fluorescence probes have been prepared for the specific response of NH based on various mechanisms and different acceptor group for NH. This paper provides a review to bring more inspirations for the development of the fluorescent probes for NH.

随着氮杂环(NH)的广泛使用,因其多样的毒理学功能,给人类健康和环境安全带来了潜在风险。为了在环境和生物系统中有效测定NH,基于各种机制和针对NH的不同受体基团,人们制备了各类用于对NH进行特异性响应的荧光探针。本文进行综述,以期为NH荧光探针的发展带来更多启发。
