Abstract

Exosomes contain a variety of biological active substances such as proteins, miRNAs, lncRNAs and lipids, and exosomes from different cells play different biological functions. Exosomes, as a carrier, are involved in many pathological processes such as nerve injury and repair, vascular regeneration, immune response, and fibrosis formation. It plays an important role in the treatment of eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and keratitis. This paper reviews the research progress of exosomes in various diseases , which provides a new way for the treatment of eye diseases.

摘要

外泌体含有多种生物活性物质,如蛋白质、微小RNA、长链非编码RNA和脂质,并且来自不同细胞的外泌体发挥不同的生物学功能。外泌体作为一种载体,参与许多病理过程,如神经损伤与修复、血管再生、免疫反应和纤维化形成。它在青光眼、糖尿病视网膜病变和角膜炎等眼部疾病的治疗中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了外泌体在各种疾病中的研究进展,为眼部疾病的治疗提供了新途径。
