Abstract
Three cases of rhinoscleroma in the granulomatous stage were examined under the electrom microscope. The rough endoplasmic reticulum of plasma cells in scleroma displayed cisternal dilatations forming Russell bodies and cytoplasmic vacuolations containing viable and degenerated bacilli forming Mikulicz cells. Thus, they play a double role, producing antibodies and providing protection for the intracellular bacilli. New ultrastructural findings of Klebsiella rhinoscleromatic bacilli were described.

对3例处于肉芽肿期的鼻硬结病患者进行了电镜检查。硬结病中浆细胞的粗面内质网显示池状扩张形成拉塞尔小体，细胞质空泡化，其中含有活的和退化的杆菌，形成米库利奇细胞。因此，它们发挥双重作用，产生抗体并为细胞内杆菌提供保护。描述了鼻硬结克雷伯菌的新超微结构发现。
