Abstract

Hydrogen peroxide (HO), as a key member of the reactive oxygen species (ROS), has a certain regulatory effect on many physiological processes, such as cell proliferation, differentiation and migration. However, abnormal production of HO can cause diseases including cancer, Alzheimer's disease, cardiovascular disease, and so on. Therefore, it is important to detect changes in HO at the subcellular level. In recent years, many fluorescent probes for HO have been developed and used in living cells. In this review, we introduce some typical fluorescent probes for HO with mitochondrial and lysosomal targeting. This review contains targeting strategies, detection mechanisms, optical characteristics and cell imaging of these probes.

过氧化氢(HO)作为活性氧(ROS)的重要成员,对许多生理过程如细胞增殖、分化和迁移具有一定的调节作用。然而,HO 的异常产生会导致包括癌症、老年痴呆症、心血管疾病等在内的多种疾病。因此,在亚细胞水平检测 HO 的变化非常重要。近年来,已经开发出许多用于活细胞的 HO 荧光探针,并得到了广泛的应用。在本文中,我们介绍了一些具有线粒体和溶酶体靶向性的典型 HO 荧光探针。本文综述了这些探针的靶向策略、检测机制、光学特性和细胞成像。
