The first complete mitochondrial genome sequence of from Bangladesh was determined by the bioinformatic assembly of the next generation sequencing (NGS) reads. The constructed circular mitogenome for was 16,565 bp in length which harbored the canonical 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs, 2 rRNAs. Two non-coding regions, control region, (927 bp), and origin of light strand replication, O (30 bp) were also well conserved in the mitogenome. Among the currently reported mitochondrial genomes in the order Siluriformes, was most closely related to (AB919123) with 85.63% sequence identity.
通过对下一代测序(NGS)读数进行生物信息学组装,确定了来自孟加拉国的首个完整线粒体基因组序列。构建的该圆形有丝分裂基因组长度为16,565 bp,包含13个标准蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA、2个rRNA。两个非编码区域,控制区(927 bp)和轻链复制起点O(30 bp)在有丝分裂基因组中也得到了很好的保守。在目前已报道的鲇形目线粒体基因组中,该物种与(AB919123)关系最为密切,序列同一性为85.63%。
