Abstract

This study sequenced the entire mitochondrial genome of Dode. It was 779,361 bp in length, containing 33 protein-coding genes, 3 rRNA genes and 22 tRNA genes and 1 pseudogene, and its GC content was 44.8%. Phylogenetic analysis was conducted using 6 mitochondrial genomes from the and families, resulting that Dode was closely related to and  ×. These results will provide fundamental data for the evolutionary studies in genus.

本研究对多德的整个线粒体基因组进行了测序。其长度为779,361 bp,包含33个蛋白质编码基因、3个rRNA基因、22个tRNA基因和1个假基因,其GC含量为44.8%。使用来自[相关]科的6个线粒体基因组进行了系统发育分析,结果表明多德与[相关物种1]和[相关物种2]密切相关。这些结果将为[属名]属的进化研究提供基础数据。
