Abstract

Tea green leafhopper, (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae), is one of the most serious pest insects in tea plantations in Asia. In this study, Mitogenome of this species was assembled with high coverage using Illumina sequencing data and the 15,167 bp length was acquired. The base composition is 38.1% for A, 11.2% for C, 10.5% for G, and 40.2% for T. The mitogenome includes 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA, and two ribosomal RNA genes. The phylogeny showed that it is closely related to with high bootstrap value supported. The complete mitogenome of can provide essential DNA molecular data for further phylogenetic and evolutionary analysis.

茶绿叶蝉(半翅目:叶蝉科)是亚洲茶园中最严重的害虫之一。在本研究中,利用Illumina测序数据高覆盖度组装了该物种的线粒体基因组,获得了15,167 bp的长度。碱基组成为:A占38.1%,C占11.2%,G占10.5%,T占40.2%。线粒体基因组包括13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转运RNA和两个核糖体RNA基因。系统发育分析表明,它与[相关物种]关系密切,有高自展值支持。[物种名称]的完整线粒体基因组可为进一步的系统发育和进化分析提供重要的DNA分子数据。
