Abstract

Franchet (Liliaceae) is an endangered species naturally distributed in China. The complete chloroplast genome sequence of was generated by de novo assembly using whole genome next generation sequencing data. The chloroplast genome of was 152,718 bp in length and divided into four distinct regions, such as large single copy region (82,154 bp), small single copy region (17,524 bp) and a pair of inverted repeat regions (26,520 bp). The genome annotation predicted a total of 112 genes, including 78 protein-coding genes, 30 tRNA genes, and 4 rRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis with the reported chloroplast genomes revealed that is nested in and has close relationship to and .

太白贝母(百合科)是一种自然分布于中国的濒危物种。利用全基因组二代测序数据通过从头组装生成了其完整的叶绿体基因组序列。太白贝母的叶绿体基因组长度为152,718 bp,分为四个不同区域,即大单拷贝区域(82,154 bp)、小单拷贝区域(17,524 bp)和一对反向重复区域(26,520 bp)。基因组注释共预测出112个基因,包括78个蛋白质编码基因、30个tRNA基因和4个rRNA基因。与已报道的叶绿体基因组进行系统发育分析表明,太白贝母嵌套于 [此处原文缺失相关物种名称] 中,并且与 [此处原文缺失相关物种名称] 和 [此处原文缺失相关物种名称] 关系密切。
