Abstract

Here, we report the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of and its phylogenetic status. The complete mitogenome of is 16,273 bp in size and consisted of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes, and one D-loop. The overall nucleotide composition of the mitogenome was 35% A, 20.4% C, 11.7% G, and 32.9% T, with an A + T bias of 67.9%. Using the 13 PCGs and two rRNA of , together with 39 Tettigoniidae and two outgroup species, we constructed a phylogenetic tree based on the Bayesian inference method. The tree showed that forms a sister clade with and supported the monophyly of Tettigoniinae.
