The complete mitochondrial genome of is 16 227 bp in length, and consisted of 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes and a control region. In control region, a tRNA-like sequence was identified. Additionally, a 259 bp long tandem repeat was identified in the control region. Using the 13 PCGs and 2 rRNA of , together with 14 other close-related and 2 outgroup species, we constructed BI phylogenetic tree to verify the accuracy and utility of new determined mitogenome sequences.
[物种名称]的完整线粒体基因组长度为16227 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和一个控制区组成。在控制区中,鉴定出一个类似tRNA的序列。此外,在控制区中还鉴定出一个259 bp长的串联重复序列。利用[物种名称]的13个PCGs和2个rRNA,以及其他14个近缘物种和2个外类群物种,构建了贝叶斯系统发育树,以验证新测定的线粒体基因组序列的准确性和实用性。
