Abstract

The complete mitochondrial genome of (Gobiiformes: Oxudercidae) was completely sequenced by high throughput sequencing method. The complete mitochondrial genome was 16,552 bp in length, consisted of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes, a putative control region (CR), and an origin of replication on the light-strand (O). The base composition values for the mitochondrial genome were 29.1%, 27.6%, 15.7%, and 27.6% for A, C, G, and T, respectively. The gene arrangement is identical to those in typical fishes. Phylogenetic tree based on 13 protein-coding genes shows that has a close phylogenetic relationship with genus and belongs to Oxudercidae.

通过高通量测序方法对(鲈形目:背眼虾虎鱼科)的线粒体全基因组进行了完整测序。线粒体全基因组长度为16,552 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因、两个rRNA基因、一个假定的控制区(CR)和轻链上的一个复制起点(O)组成。线粒体基因组的碱基组成值分别为:A占29.1%、C占27.6%、G占15.7%、T占27.6%。基因排列与典型鱼类相同。基于13个蛋白质编码基因构建的系统发育树表明,与属具有密切的系统发育关系,属于背眼虾虎鱼科。
