Scabies is an infestation caused by the mite . The clinical picture can vary and in children, scabies occurs in locations that are not usually found in adults. Complications can occur due to secondary impetiginization of scabies lesions. We presented a case of 8-year-old boy with painful red lumps, pus discharge, and alopecia on the back of the head since 2 weeks ago. Dermatological examination revealed multiple erythematous nodules with sinuses in the scalp of the parieto-occipital area and alopecia. Through microscopic examination we found the mite; therefore, we conclude that the diagnosis in this patient was impetigenic scabies. Treatment with topical permethrin 5%, oral antihistamine and oral antibiotics resulted in good outcome.
疥疮是由螨虫引起的一种感染。临床表现可能各异，在儿童中，疥疮好发于一些成人通常不会出现的部位。疥疮皮损继发脓疱病化可导致并发症。我们报告了一例8岁男孩的病例，自2周前起，其头后部出现疼痛性红色肿块、有脓性分泌物及脱发。皮肤科检查发现顶枕部头皮有多个伴有窦道的红斑性结节及脱发。通过显微镜检查我们发现了螨虫；因此，我们得出结论，该患者的诊断为脓疱性疥疮。外用5%氯菊酯、口服抗组胺药及口服抗生素治疗取得了良好效果。
