Abstract

We assembled the complete mitogenome of (Vahl, 1797) of the family Pteropodidae originating from Malaysia. The total mitogenome size was 16,710bp which consists of 37 genes (13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, two ribosomal RNA genes and one control region). A phylogenetic and BLASTn result showed the mitogenome sequence in this study varies by nearly 7% (93.48% similarity) from the same species in Cambodia. The next closest match of BLASTn was at 92% similarity to the . This suggests the species-complex in sp. has given rise to the genetic variability.

我们组装了源自马来西亚的狐蝠科(Pteropodidae)的短耳犬蝠(Cynopterus brachyotis (Vahl, 1797))的完整线粒体基因组。线粒体基因组的总大小为16,710bp,由37个基因组成(13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转移RNA基因、两个核糖体RNA基因和一个控制区)。系统发育和BLASTn结果表明,本研究中的线粒体基因组序列与柬埔寨同一物种的序列相差近7%(相似度为93.48%)。BLASTn的下一个最接近匹配与[未提及的物种]的相似度为92%。这表明短耳犬蝠物种复合体产生了遗传变异性。
