Abstract
We present a case of abdominal gastric band-associated infection, manifesting after the onset of acute myeloid leukemia, complicated by immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome (IRIS), and cured while receiving an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant. IRIS should be considered in less classical situations where there is unexplained clinical deterioration.

我们报告一例腹部胃束带相关感染病例，该病例在急性髓系白血病发病后出现，并发免疫重建炎症综合征（IRIS），并在接受异基因造血干细胞移植时治愈。在出现无法解释的临床恶化的非典型情况下，应考虑IRIS。
