Huperzine A-producing fungus Hy4 (CCTCC No.M2010086) was isolated from (Thunb) Trev. The complete mitochondrial genome of is 28 192 bp in length, containing 15 protein-encoding genes, 27 tRNA genes and two rRNA genes. The whole mitogenome is high in AT content (74.40%) and low in GC content (25.60%). The mitochondrial gene order and arrangement of are identical to those of other . Phylogenetic analysis based on 14 concatenated protein-encoding genes showed that was close to . This study reports the complete mitogenome of for the first time and provides valuable information for further exploration of mitochondrial evolution.
产石杉碱甲真菌Hy4(中国典型培养物保藏中心编号:M2010086)从蛇足石杉中分离得到。其完整线粒体基因组长度为28192 bp,包含15个蛋白质编码基因、27个tRNA基因和2个rRNA基因。整个线粒体基因组AT含量高(74.40%),GC含量低(25.60%)。该真菌的线粒体基因顺序和排列与其他真菌相同。基于14个串联蛋白质编码基因的系统发育分析表明,该真菌与[具体真菌名称未给出]亲缘关系较近。本研究首次报道了该真菌的完整线粒体基因组,为进一步探索线粒体进化提供了有价值的信息。
