Abstract

E.H.Wilson is a native lily species in western Sichuan of China and an important resource for lily breeding. In this study, the plastid genome of was assembled using the next-generation sequencing data. The plastid genome of was 152,998 bp in length, with a typical quadripartite circle structure consisting of a small single-copy region of 17,529 bp, a large single-copy region of 82,375 bp, and a pair of inverted repeats of 26,547 bp each. A total of 137 different genes were predicted, including 84 protein-coding genes, 38 transfer RNA genes, 8 ribosomal RNA genes, and 7 pseudogenes. The overall GC content of the plastid genome was 36.98%. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that is most closely related to .

岷江百合是中国四川西部的一种原生百合物种,也是百合育种的重要资源。在本研究中,利用二代测序数据组装了岷江百合的质体基因组。岷江百合的质体基因组长度为152,998 bp,具有典型的四分体环状结构,由一个17,529 bp的小单拷贝区域、一个82,375 bp的大单拷贝区域和一对各为26,547 bp的反向重复序列组成。共预测到137个不同的基因,包括84个蛋白质编码基因、38个转运RNA基因、8个核糖体RNA基因和7个假基因。质体基因组的总体GC含量为36.98%。系统发育分析表明,岷江百合与[具体物种名称未给出]关系最为密切。
