Abstract

Wild small mammals are the most common reservoirs of pathogenic microorganisms that can cause zoonotic diseases. The aim of the study was to detect antibodies related to sensu lato, and in wild small mammals from the Czech Republic. In total, sera or heart rinses of 211 wild small mammals (168 , 28 , 9 , and 6 ) were examined by modified enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Antibodies related to s.l., , and were detected in 15%, 19%, and 20% of animals, respectively. The prevalence of and statistically differed in localities and also differed in sex. Antibodies against 2-3 pathogens were found in 17% of animals with a higher prevalence in . This study brings new data about the prevalence of the above-mentioned pathogens.

摘要

野生小型哺乳动物是可导致人畜共患病的致病微生物最常见的宿主。本研究的目的是检测捷克共和国野生小型哺乳动物中与广义嗜吞噬细胞无形体、伯氏疏螺旋体和巴贝斯虫属相关的抗体。总共通过改良酶联免疫吸附试验检测了211只野生小型哺乳动物(168只黄喉姬鼠、28只小林姬鼠、9只巢鼠和6只鼩鼱)的血清或心脏冲洗液。分别在15%、19%和20%的动物中检测到与广义嗜吞噬细胞无形体、伯氏疏螺旋体和巴贝斯虫属相关的抗体。嗜吞噬细胞无形体和巴贝斯虫属的患病率在不同地点存在统计学差异,并且在性别上也有所不同。在17%的动物中发现了针对2 - 3种病原体的抗体,其中黄喉姬鼠的患病率更高。本研究提供了关于上述病原体患病率的新数据。
