Abstract

A new electrochemical platform was suggested for the sensing of the dasatinib (DA) anticancer drug based on paste electrode modification (PE) amplified with FeO-SWCNTs nanocomposite and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (mim-BF). The new platform showed a linear dynamic range from 0.001-220 µM with a detection limit of 0.7 nM to determine DA at optimal condition. Electrochemical investigation showed that the redox reaction of DA is relative to changing the pH of solution. Moreover, FeO-SWCNTs/mim-BF/PE has improved the oxidation current of DA about 5.58 times which reduced its oxidation potential by about 120 mV at optimal condition. In the final step, FeO-SWCNTs/mim-BF/PE was used as an analytical platform to determine the DA in tablets and a dextrose saline spike sample, and the results showed recovery data 99.58-103.6% which confirm the powerful ability of the sensor as an analytical tool to determine the DA in real samples.

基于用FeO-SWCNTs纳米复合材料和1-己基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(mim-BF)放大的糊电极修饰(PE),提出了一种用于检测达沙替尼(DA)抗癌药物的新型电化学平台。该新型平台在最佳条件下测定DA时,线性动态范围为0.001 - 220 µM,检测限为0.7 nM。电化学研究表明,DA的氧化还原反应与溶液pH值的变化有关。此外,在最佳条件下,FeO-SWCNTs/mim-BF/PE使DA的氧化电流提高了约5.58倍,其氧化电位降低了约120 mV。最后,FeO-SWCNTs/mim-BF/PE被用作分析平台来测定片剂和葡萄糖盐水加标样品中的DA,结果显示回收率数据为99.58 - 103.6%,这证实了该传感器作为分析工具测定实际样品中DA的强大能力。
