This article introduces a validation study of the Czech version of an independent and interdependent self-construal questionnaire (SCS, Vignoles et al., 2016) conducted on 330 Czech subjects. In this study, the reliability, convergent validity and factor validity were verified. However, the confirmatory factor analysis revealed unsatisfactory factor structure ( = 0.053 [0.048, 0.057], = 0.080, = 0.775, = 0.755). These results are discussed with respect to other adaptations of individualism/collectivism scales in countries beyond typical West-East dichotomy. Hence, the article not only critically discusses the shortcoming of the Czech and original versions of the questionnaires, but also the general issues of the individualism-collectivism construct in the cross-cultural context as a whole.
本文介绍了一项针对330名捷克受试者进行的关于独立与互依自我构念问卷（SCS，Vignoles等人，2016）捷克语版本的效度研究。在这项研究中，对信度、收敛效度和因子效度进行了验证。然而，验证性因子分析显示因子结构不尽人意（χ² = 0.053 [0.048, 0.057]，CFI = 0.080，TLI = 0.775，RMSEA = 0.755）。结合典型东西方二分法之外国家的个人主义/集体主义量表的其他改编情况，对这些结果进行了讨论。因此，本文不仅批判性地讨论了该问卷捷克语版本和原始版本的缺点，还整体讨论了跨文化背景下个人主义 - 集体主义构念的一般问题。
