Abstract

is a species of frog within the family Ranidae. In this study, we assembled a complete mitochondrial genome (mito-genome) for by high-throughput sequencing technology. It is 18,291 bp and includes 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes and one control region. The nucleotide composition is A: 27.0%, T: 28.6%, C: 29.3% and G: 15.2%. Two overlaps among the 13 protein-coding genes were found: /, /. The study of phylogenetic analysis based on complete mitochondrial genome showed that there was close genetic relationship between and and it is useful for systematic analyses of genus .

是蛙科的一种青蛙。在本研究中,我们通过高通量测序技术为其组装了一个完整的线粒体基因组(线粒体基因组)。它长18,291 bp,包括13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因、两个rRNA基因和一个控制区。核苷酸组成是A:27.0%,T:28.6%,C:29.3%,G:15.2%。在13个蛋白质编码基因中发现了两个重叠区域:/,/。基于完整线粒体基因组的系统发育分析研究表明,与之间存在密切的遗传关系,这对属的系统分析很有用。
