The use of ciprofloxacin for the treatment of pulmonary infection in cystic fibrosis patients was investigated. Therapy was successful in six patients and unsuccessful in three patients. In one patient therapy had to be stopped because serum transaminase levels showed a 5- to 8- fold increase. During therapy resistance developed in Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
对环丙沙星用于治疗囊性纤维化患者肺部感染进行了研究。治疗对6例患者有效，对3例患者无效。在1例患者中，由于血清转氨酶水平升高了5至8倍，不得不停止治疗。治疗期间，流感嗜血杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌产生了耐药性。
