Abstract
The increase of heart rate will increase blood pressure, and the cardiovascular risk will increase when heart rate >80 beats/min (bpm) in patients with hypertension. Compared with patients who were female, <65 years old, and with hypertension, patients who were male, ≥65 years old, and with hypertension had the lowest risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) at baseline heart rate (HR) of 70-74 bpm. Patients with hypertension should control their blood pressure well, and the HR of male and elderly patients should be managed well at the same time.
摘要
心率增加会使血压升高，高血压患者心率>80次/分钟（bpm）时心血管风险会增加。与女性、年龄<65岁且患有高血压的患者相比，男性、年龄≥65岁且患有高血压的患者在静息心率（HR）为70 - 74 bpm时发生主要不良心血管事件（MACE）的风险最低。高血压患者应良好控制血压，同时男性和老年患者的心率也应得到良好管理。
