This study aimed to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Pressure Injury Prevention Knowledge Questionnaire (PIPK).
A methodological study design was used. The instrument was translated into Turkish and back-translated into English. After evaluating the language equivalence and content validity of the scale, test-retest reliability, internal consistency and construct validity were examined. The research was conducted with a total of 324 nurses working in a state hospital and two private hospitals who volunteered to participate in the research. Number, percentage distributions, intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), Kappa coefficient test, Man Whitney U test and Rasch analysis were used to evaluate the data.
Content validity was evaluated by 11 experts in wound care and the CVI(content validity index was found 0.90. The correlation coefficient between the groups was found to be ICC 0.979 in the Kappa coefficient test performed for the reliability analysis. When the in- and out-of-fit difficulty index values of the scale were examined, it was found that the averages of these values varied between "0.72" and "1.38" values.
The Pressure Injury Prevention Knowledge Questionnaire (PIPK) was found to be a valid and reliable tool for intercultural studies revealing the nursing knowledge of prevention on PIs. It is recommended to conduct studies that test the validity and reliability of the scale in different samples.
本研究旨在评估压力性损伤预防知识问卷（PIPK）土耳其语版本的有效性和可靠性。
采用方法学研究设计。该工具被翻译成土耳其语，然后再回译成英语。在评估量表的语言等效性和内容效度后，检验了重测信度、内部一致性和结构效度。研究共纳入了324名在一家公立医院和两家私立医院工作且自愿参与研究的护士。使用频数、百分比分布、组内相关系数（ICC）、卡帕系数检验、曼-惠特尼U检验和拉施分析来评估数据。
由11名伤口护理专家评估内容效度，内容效度指数（CVI）为0.90。在为可靠性分析进行的卡帕系数检验中，组间相关系数为ICC 0.979。检查量表的拟合优度和难度指数值时，发现这些值的平均值在“0.72”和“1.38”之间变化。
压力性损伤预防知识问卷（PIPK）被发现是一种有效且可靠的工具，可用于跨文化研究，揭示护士在压力性损伤预防方面的知识。建议开展在不同样本中检验该量表有效性和可靠性的研究。
