Immunoglobulin (IgM, IgA, and IgG) and albumin values were determined in 12 patients who had signs and symptoms of central nervous system involvement attributable to Behçet's disease. Only the cerebrospinal fluid IgM index, which was significantly elevated in patients with active neuro-Behçet's syndrome, was found to decrease when the neurologic manifestations of the disease had disappeared. This indicates that determination of this index may be of help in the evaluation of central nervous system disease activity in neuro-Behçet's syndrome.
对12例有白塞病所致中枢神经系统受累体征和症状的患者测定了免疫球蛋白（IgM、IgA和IgG）及白蛋白值。仅发现脑脊液IgM指数在活动性神经白塞综合征患者中显著升高，而当疾病的神经学表现消失时该指数下降。这表明该指数的测定可能有助于评估神经白塞综合征中枢神经系统疾病的活动情况。
