Abstract

Five linear diarylheptanoids (), including a new one (), were isolated from the rhizomes of S. G. Lee et C. F. Liang, while four linear diarylheptanoids () and four cyclic diarylheptanoids () were isolated from the roots of Salisb. Using the model of HO-induced PC12 cells, the antioxidant effects of these thirteen diarylheptanoids from these two traditional Chinese medicines from genus of Zingiberaceae family were investigated. As result, they produced different efficiency on damaged cell viability, ROS, LDH, SOD, CAT, and GSH-Px, which were the six indexes related to oxidative stress. Further, the correlation between these six bio-indexes and 53 selected molecular descriptors of diarylheptanoids was determined by PLS regression analysis.

从李氏姜和良姜的根茎中分离得到 5 种直链二芳基庚烷类化合物(),包括一种新化合物(),而从李氏姜和良姜的根部分离得到 4 种直链二芳基庚烷类化合物()和 4 种环状二芳基庚烷类化合物()。采用 HO 诱导的 PC12 细胞模型,研究了这两种姜科植物中来自 属的 13 种二芳基庚烷类化合物的抗氧化作用。结果表明,它们对受损细胞活力、ROS、LDH、SOD、CAT 和 GSH-Px 这 6 个与氧化应激相关的指标产生了不同的效果。进一步通过偏最小二乘回归分析(PLS 回归分析)确定了这 6 个生物指标与 53 个选定的二芳基庚烷类化合物分子描述符之间的相关性。
