Abstract
The ultrasound findings of eight premature infants who developed extensive cystic leucomalacia after the first two weeks of life are reported. Ultrasound examinations should be considered after any clinical deterioration in preterm infants up to 40 weeks' postmenstrual age to avoid missing cases of extensive cystic leucomalacia.

报告了8例在出生后两周内出现广泛囊性脑白质软化的早产儿的超声检查结果。对于月经龄达40周的早产儿，在出现任何临床病情恶化后均应考虑进行超声检查，以避免漏诊广泛囊性脑白质软化病例。
