The biosynthesis of PgF2, 6-keto-PgF1 alpha and TxB2 from endogenous precursor in vitro by the rat kidney cortex and medulla in ontogenesis was found to be highest at young age reducing from papillae to kidney cortex. The main product of the biosynthesis in kidney medulla of young and adult rats was PgE.
发现在个体发育过程中,大鼠肾皮质和髓质从内源性前体体外生物合成PgF2、6-酮-PgF1α和TxB2的能力在幼年时最高,从肾乳头到肾皮质逐渐降低。幼年和成年大鼠肾髓质生物合成的主要产物是PgE。
