Twenty one abietane diterpenes were isolated from Cephalotaxus oliveri Mast. The structures of 7 undescribed diterpenoids, named cephaloliverins A-G, were elucidated via spectroscopic data interpretation and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analysis. The isolated diterpenoids were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against three kinds of human tumor cell lines (MCF-7, HepG2, and A549). Metaglyptin A was the most active with IC values of 16.34, 15.63 and 21.33 μM and was further investigated for colony formation and apoptosis in HepG2 cells.
从翠柏中分离得到 21 个松香烷二萜。通过光谱数据分析和电子圆二色性（ECD）分析，确定了 7 种未被描述的二萜类化合物的结构，命名为 cephaloliverins A-G。对分离得到的二萜类化合物进行了三种人肿瘤细胞系（MCF-7、HepG2 和 A549）的细胞毒性评价。Metaglyptin A 的活性最强，IC 值分别为 16.34、15.63 和 21.33 μM，并进一步研究了其在 HepG2 细胞中的集落形成和凋亡作用。
