Hydrogen peroxide (HO), as an important signaling molecule during biological metabolism, is a key member of the reactive oxygen species (ROS) family. The excess of HO will lead to oxidative stress, which is a crucial factor in the production of various ROS-related diseases. In order to study the diverse biological roles of HO in cells and animal tissues, many methods have been developed to detect HO. Recently, fluorescence imaging has attracted more and more attention because of its high sensitivity, simple operation, experimental feasibility, and real-time online monitoring. Based on the response group, this study will review the research progress on hydrogen peroxide and summarizes the mechanisms, actualities and prospects of fluorescent probes for HO.
过氧化氢(HO)作为生物代谢过程中的一种重要信号分子,是活性氧(ROS)家族的关键成员。HO过量会导致氧化应激,这是引发各种ROS相关疾病的关键因素。为了研究HO在细胞和动物组织中的多种生物学作用,人们开发了许多检测HO的方法。近年来,荧光成像因其高灵敏度、操作简单、实验可行性强以及实时在线监测等优点而备受关注。基于响应基团,本研究将综述过氧化氢的研究进展,并总结HO荧光探针的作用机制、研究现状及前景。
