The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of chrysin (CH) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Cytokines were reduced by CH in coronary artery occlusion-induced rats and also in H9C2 cells. The ST segment was also restored by CH. Triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining and pathological analysis showed that CH could alleviate myocardial injury. Results in H9C2 cells showed that CH improved heart injury in hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) of H9C2 cells. In addition, the expressions of the HMGB1-related inflammation pathway in rats and H9C2 cells were significantly decreased by CH. The present study shows the protective effects of CH on myocardial injury inflammation.
本研究的目的是探讨白杨素(CH)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。在冠状动脉闭塞诱导的大鼠以及H9C2细胞中,CH可降低细胞因子水平。CH还可使ST段恢复正常。氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色和病理分析表明,CH可减轻心肌损伤。H9C2细胞实验结果显示,CH可改善H9C2细胞缺氧/复氧(H/R)所致的心脏损伤。此外,CH可显著降低大鼠和H9C2细胞中与高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)相关的炎症信号通路的表达。本研究表明CH对心肌损伤炎症具有保护作用。
