Six new steroidal saponins (1-6) and one known steroidal saponin (7) were obtained from the roots of (L. f.) Ker-Gawl. Their structures were determined by the detailed analysis of extensive nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectroscopic data. The cytotoxic activities of these compounds against MDA-MB-435, HepG2 and A549 cell lines were also investigated.
从（L. f.）Ker-Gawl.的根中获得了6种新的甾体皂苷（1-6）和1种已知的甾体皂苷（7）。通过对大量核磁共振和质谱数据的详细分析确定了它们的结构。还研究了这些化合物对MDA-MB-435、HepG2和A549细胞系的细胞毒性活性。
