The study was aimed at analyzing the application value of deep learning-based computed tomography (CT) in evaluating the effect of acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Specifically, 124 patients with KOA were selected in the test group (warm acupuncture and moxibustion) and the control group (simple acupuncture), with 62 cases in each group. Deep learning-based CT scanning was performed before and after treatment to compare the Lequesne-Mery, Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities (WOMAC), Hospital Special Surgery (HSS), and Knee Society Score (KSS) scores as well as the overall effective rate. The results showed that the trabecular thickness, quantity, bone mineral density (BMD), connection density, structural model index, and articular cartilage thickness were different significantly between the two groups ( < 0.05). After treatment, the Lequesne-Mery was 4.78, the VAS was 0.87, and the WOMAC score was 14.89 of the test group, which were reduced ( < 0.05). The KSS and HSS scores of the test group were improved significantly after treatment ( < 0.05). The total effective rate of the test group was 85.48%, and that of the control group was 51.61%; the former was significantly higher than the latter ( < 0.05). In conclusion, acupuncture could improve the clinical effect on KOA patients, and CT scanning under deep learning algorithm could evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture for KOA.
本研究旨在分析基于深度学习的计算机断层扫描(CT)在评估针灸治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)效果中的应用价值。具体来说,在实验组(温针灸和艾灸)和对照组(单纯针刺)中各选择 62 例 KOA 患者,每组 62 例。治疗前后进行基于深度学习的 CT 扫描,比较 Lequesne-Mery、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)、医院特殊外科(HSS)和膝关节协会评分(KSS)评分以及总有效率。结果显示,两组间骨小梁厚度、数量、骨密度(BMD)、连接密度、结构模型指数和关节软骨厚度差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。治疗后,实验组 Lequesne-Mery 为 4.78,VAS 为 0.87,WOMAC 评分为 14.89,均降低(<0.05)。治疗后实验组 KSS 和 HSS 评分均明显提高(<0.05)。实验组总有效率为 85.48%,对照组为 51.61%,前者明显高于后者(<0.05)。综上所述,针灸可提高 KOA 患者的临床疗效,基于深度学习算法的 CT 扫描可评估针灸治疗 KOA 的临床疗效。
