Abstract

ABSTACTA chemical investigation of the endophyte sp. Nb 19, isolated from leaves of the traditionally medical plant (Nees) Bremek., yielded one new indole diterpenoid, 7-methoxy-13-dehydroxypaxilline () together with seven known metabolites (-). The obtained structure of compound was elucidated by its spectroscopic data. In addition, the absolute configuration of compound was confirmed by ECD for the first time. Compounds - were evaluated for antitumor activity against MCF-7, HepG2, and HCCC-9810 cell lines.

对从传统药用植物(Nees)Bremek.的叶子中分离得到的内生菌sp. Nb 19进行化学研究,得到了一种新的吲哚二萜类化合物,7-甲氧基-13-脱羟基鬼笔毒环肽()以及七种已知代谢产物(-)。通过光谱数据阐明了化合物的结构。此外,首次通过电子圆二色光谱(ECD)确定了化合物的绝对构型。对化合物-针对MCF-7、HepG2和HCCC-9810细胞系的抗肿瘤活性进行了评估。
